I cannot express how pleased I am with Mr Brown Specs & Beans. My husband and I both had eye exams and I had two pairs of glass made with frames I purchased elsewhere. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating in every way. One of the days we were there, it was very hot and they had lovely cucumber and mint water out for everyone to enjoy. It was only a few days before I left for a business trip, and they made sure I had my new glasses in time even though I didn’t expect such quick service. I don’t think I’ve ever had so thorough an eye exam. They’re also not trying to sell you the most expensive options and the highest priced frames. They actually advised me to choose a cheaper option because of when I habitually wear my glasses. That was unexpected! Integration of my insurance discount was seamless. Everything was so professional and efficient. And you still feel like you are their only customer (even when there is a crowd in the studio behind you). Oh, and the coffee is terrific too. Highly recommended. Will go back again and again and again.
